Sane: Works fine for the first little while, and we really have one person calling our landline every so often so the phone is not used very much. Still, sound gets cut in and out and we have to wiggle the wire to be able to hear the caller. Quite disappointing!

lyndsey: I assumed cords were all universal but depending on where you buy from, they are not.. this one was perfect for my work place phones instead of spending a fortune on a technician to come and replace with their parts

mlaverne: original equipment sound quality. good stretchability. will update in 6 months after i see how it holds up under use.
UPDATE 29april22: is still holding up well. coils have't stretched, twisted, nor tangled onto each other. i attached anti-tangle gizmo, & the cord hasn't twisted up. still holding its original shape. 5+ stars!

D. Mattes: I needed a little more freedom for my office phone to keep it from dragging across my desk but didn't want the clutter of a 25" coil. This cord is perfect and is a coiled lenght of 22" - just enough extra length for me to talk comfortably without a "walking" desk phone. Excellent quality / plugged in easily / great value for two cords.

jujubes1: These are a great value. You get what you pay for... They did feel cheaper than my old phone cord but I don't have a problem with that. I just need it to work because my old cord was damaged. It's been 6 months and so far so good. Two thumbs up.

zal: nice headset cables. Be aware that the 25' if when you pull it to the exteme, and when you do so, the pull is so strong that you will pull and trow your phone to the ground, so perfect for a zone of around 10-12 feets without problems, but for 25 feet, buy a 40-50' instead..

Carter Manufacturing Co, Inc.: Items look to be of Good quality. The items arrived on time and in perfect condition. We purchased one package of two cords. We only used one and it has been in service now for a couple weeks without any issues. The other is a backup if we need to replace another in the building. The clips on these tend to break with age which is what causes us to replace them. The original clips are thin and not very well made. these have good thick clips and should hold up nicely even after they age.
