After the millionth time of launching my paper towel holder and roll into the sink. I decided I needed this. The price was right. It was also very easy to put together. However, there is a learning curve. You have to pull on the roll in a particular spot... I'll have to make sure the family gets the lesson... other than that so far... it's a good purchase
