Meg R. QuebecMeg R. Quebec: I bought this one to replace a different version that was stuck in a shelf I removed. I bought this because I could screw it on. Well I learned the hard way so you don't have to. Don't use the screws it came with. I was screwing one in with my electric driverband the top of the screw snapped right off. Ended up having to stick the handle on with the adhesive. Bummer because I was hoping not to have to replace it if I remove the cabinet it is stuck on. Other than that, so far so good. It seems sturdy and looks nice. I luckily have the base hidden or I would have been annoyed seeing the screw holes. No way to cap them if you use the adhesive method. The caps are for the screws only.

Andrades: The sticky pad it comes with doesn't hold. It fell after I put no weight on it, had to use some screws. But if not it's really nice.

Amazon Customer: I’ve been using this paper towel holder for about a year. Mounted under cabinet with screws. No problems whatsoever. It’s sturdy and so easy to install and remove rolls. No problems with roll falling off or holder bending as stated in other reviews. In fact I’m ordering another one for my rv.

Seacoastal: Can be mounted under cabinets, but I applied on side of cabinet, by sink. Securely stuck & didn’t have to use the supplied screws. I’ll have them to keep if in time, the adhesive gets weak. I’ve always used decorative paper towel holders on the counter but this is a more uncluttered visual.

Jake: I used the screws to apply this to the underside of my cupboards, rather than the adhesive. The screws are a good permanent solution that won't unstick after a few months, although, they're pretty long. If you don't measure them, you may end up driving a screw all the way through your cupboards.
It looks pretty good and modern, and keeps my paper towels off the counter for some extra counter space.
One negative thing I've noticed is that it is very flimsy. If you get this, I would avoid simply tearing off a piece of paper towel, as this causes a lot of wobbling which can lead to bending.
I need to grab the paper towel roll itself and then rip off a square with the other hand to avoid wobbling the holder.
