Dan-Einar: The battery life is about 80% of the original battery, at less than half the cost of an OEM replacement. The less expensive replacement battery we used before was good for about 1 1/2 rooms, whereas this one will cover our living, dining, and kitchen areas with some to spare. It was a good choice for us.

CyberneticNixie: I am so pleased that I was able to find this compatible replacement battery for the Shark stick vac that my mother bought some years ago. After swapping in this new battery and doing the initial charge as prescribed, the vac is working just like new! Since I generally use it for light-duty vacuuming on industrial-style short carpet, I have not had the vacuum run out of battery life while using it with this new battery (yet). Which is good! Who wants to have to recharge in the middle of cleaning a rug? Certainly not me. What a relief!

C J: The original rechargeable battery didn't last very long. I hope this one lasts longer. It worked very well on the first charge.

Sherry L. Southgate: This battery arrived even faster than it was scheduled to. It came to Canada from the US which increased the overall cost but was still a better deal than others. Not sure of the battery life yet but hubby's happy to have the little Shark back instead of lugging the big vacuum out all the time.
