Henry Proctor: I bought an unused old stock 11S, but it would make five beeps three times in a row when charging. This error message wasn't listed in the manual, however. After doing some research online, I read that some units had shipped out with a bad batch of batteries. I couldn't confirm this, but I noticed someone had made a mark with sharpie on the original battery's plug. After putting in this new battery, the vacuum works perfectly!

Coyotearms: My prevous negative review about the battery lasting only two months was not warrented. The problem actually was the connection between the battery and the vacuum became loose (my bad). However, I still stand behind my statement about a two month return policy for batteries:
"It is a crime to limit return time for batteries to only two months and have no recourse to get your money back after that. Amazon essentially acts as a "front" and thus is an accomplice. BOO!"
