Allison: This is my second Forest Feast cookbook and I love them so much. They are so beautiful and colorful to look at. So many great and creative ways to use produce and I love the batch cocktails this book has. The recipes are special but uncomplicated. This book would make a great gift especially to the vegetarian in your life.

J. & R. Sokolowski: Bought for my vegetarian DIL. She has several vegetarian cookbooks but this one is different. It's for parties! Menus with the pages to find the recipe. The photography is beautiful, and as someone who loves to cook, I can see the recipes are well done. I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas. Yeah it's May, but I shop early.

Steve Brown: This is an amazing book. I’ve cooked from it, been inspired by it to try new ideas and creations, and have gifted it to others. So well put together. A joy to read and a joy to actually use. Edible flowers with veggies in rice paper (exquisitely beautiful) , veggie tacos that my family loves, comfort-food onion bake, and so many more great recipes. The author also gives lovely suggestions for presentation. The book is organized by the four seasons.
Highly recommend.

Incredibile perché subito non mi piaceva....il suo stile ispirato agli anni 50 lo trovo davvero unico.le ricette sono tutte semplici e veloci, ideali per la donna moderna sempre di corsa. Tutte le ricette sono vegetariane come il bellissimo libro precedente. Ma forse parlare di ricette e' fuorviante perché davvero i suoi piatti non richiedono molto impegno e nemmeno troppi ingredienti, sono sempre molto semplici ma sorprendenti. Libro pensato per chi ama ricevere senza dannarsi in cucina

Brittnee GillesBrittnee Gilles: I am low key obsessed with this book. Everything I’ve made from it is delicious. No one in my family is a vegetarian but we have all been enjoying these recipes. And it all is SO beautiful when served. The recipes don’t use tons of ingredients and they are easy to make. Plus the book is honestly gorgeous. My favorite so far has been the asparagus and pistachio pizza!
