Michelle.Baker: I love everything about this set. It is beautiful, well built and everything I wanted. Unless you are very skilled in plumbing I would recommend having a plumber install it. My husband did it himself because it's has plumbing knowledge but it was quite an extensive job.

Zach AdamsZach Adams: The overall look of the shower set is very nice. I like the square design. The powder coating is very poor. Easily scratched and you can see the bronze underneath. The wand holder has a pinhole water leak from the poor factory weld/solder joint. The company email I sent to warranty the wand holder was returned to sender and stated it was no longer in service. I am very disappointed with the quality of material for the money spent.

I had to change the original part because it gave me water leaks because it doesn't mesh well with the other parts of the tube... and today I'm having another liquefy with a handheld, The worst thing that happened to me is remodeling with products that don't measure up, the beauty is useless if the product is going to fail you .
