April: I have been using this for a few months. At first, I was so impressed. Now that I have used it multiple times I wish I would have gone with a different one. To use the handheld piece the 'switch' to turn it on and off is all the way at the top of the shower head. Why isn't the on/off switch on the handheld piece itself? I am not that tall. And it is a pain to switch it on/off at the base of the showerhead. Also if you do not have good water pressure the main shower headpiece isn't strong and your shower is rather dull. No pressure and a wimpy shower experience. I will be buying another showerhead to replace this one.
