J.L.J.L.: The valve shipped with the item does not have shut-off/stopper. It is not the same valve as shown in the picture and description of the item. Misleading product.

Rachel: I know. It’s pretty. But if you like actual water pressure. Look for another fixture. My water pressure is about 60% less with this installed. Horrible item

AdhiraAdhira: I ordered the brushed gold 10” shower kit. After installation- I was extremely disappointed with the shower kit since they were all different shades of gold. Shower head was a nice satin brass shade and the controller came in a flashy matte gold and the hand shower panel came in a light gold and the hand shower itself came in an other color. The hand shower pipe looks super cheap. Overall, looked disgusting. Unfortunately since I noticed this late and used some parts of the product, I’m unable to return. Guess I have to spend another $200 to get a matching color shower kit.
