FeierFeier: First of all, I am impressed of the way they package the products. Every part is nicely packaged nicely and protected. It even comes with glove so you don't smudge the nice stainless steel finish. Opening this product is like open an high end phone, except this comes at a surprise to me as I totally don't expect such fancy packaging. I am excited. Secondly I have inspected all of the parts and its indeed made of high quality material, seem like it's durable and will last very long time. The build quality is great and you can tell that by the engraving and the nice finish of the product, very well made indeed. Lastly, the instruction manual is a single piece of paper which contains the essential to installation which seem very straightforward.

J. Russell: After a small issue with this item, and EXCELLENT customer support, they sent me a new unit that works perfectly. It's a beautiful product overall and I'm quite pleased with the entire product. Easy and straight-forward to install. The only complaint I would have with this product is it is a little cheap. The metal is very thin on the spout and there's no real weight behind it. But that is a small issue overall.

c'est la vie🎉😘c'est la vie🎉😘: The media could not be loaded.  My husband replaced a 40 year old discontinued set, so since he is remodeling my granddaughters bathroom the wall was open up completely and it was easy for him to accommodate different size valve, which make the installation fairly easy and it looks really nice, the valve can be used with PEX as well as copper, it uses standard American NPT 1/2 '' tapered thread.

I like the brushed nickel as it's classic, easy to clean and I know will never go out of style.

KK: This is a top tier shower kit for the price point! The remodel to the bathroom is slow going (the wonders of being essential and not staying home) and the next up was the shower and bath. You know, the powder blue tub with matching toilet and speckled tiled walls. Seriously. Anyways, I decided to go for a black and white vintage look instead of modern chrome. This was a beautiful set up! It was packaged so nicely that nothing was scratched and the over all flat black looks classy and not cheap 60s color.

It had everything needed for the install itself too. Every washer, screw, and seal necessary. No extra trips to the store for me. It hooked up to the existing 1/2" shower cpvc without any back flow issues noted that some people had. But we just redid most of the plumbing recently anyway since it was all copper pipe. And I will say the seventh gen shower cleaner wiped it off nicely without frying the patina.

The handle also had an excellent tension. It wasn't so loose that you felt you were going to slam it too hard in either direction. It allowed for perfect adjustment for water temperature. Another nice change from our last ancient set. Really, the...

Sarah Flanders: This product is a complete waste of money and absolute junk. I'd send it back except I didn't realize how terrible it was until after the installation and now it's behind tile and there is no going back. Issue one: the valve is either on or off meaning you can't adjust the amount of water that comes out it's all or nothing. Connected to that issue is that the valve doesn't allow for adequate water pressure despite adjusting the pressure screws all the way out. This is a huge problem because the tub spout that came with the set needs adequate pressure to lock the diverter in place to send water to the shower head. I ended up buying a separate tub spout that was a screw on type instead of the slip on and it is atleast working. Issue 3: the shower head arm has the wrong number of threads which means when it was fully tight it was pointed at the ceiling instead of into the tub. Bought a separate arm that worked perfectly. So I had to spend an extra $30 replacing pieces that came in the kit. The metal is cheap and the matte black finish scratches off very easily.

Tyler BrownTyler Brown: Good Product. Decent Quality.

Screws that mount the shower valve escutcheon did not come color coated , so I suggest either going to your local store and picking up some screws with black heads or painting them with an enameled paint like i did so they match the black fixtures.

The escutcheon that the shower head comes with is super tiny. I had to buy a bigger one since my tile hole saw couldn’t cut a clean hole on the hand made subway tile that I used without cracking it. The irregularities in the tile were a challenge to work with, so really had nothing to do with the fixtures;Just something to keep in mind.

Note to those Using Pex;

Go to the site and pick up an $8-10 copper Pex stub out. You will be glad you did!
