Claudio: Ho acquistato questo kit di telecamere per sostituire il mio sistema di videosorveglianza ormai non al top.
Che dire.. sono soddisfatto,ho messo degli illuminatori per migliorare la visione notturna a infrarossi ma
per il resto tutto Ok.
Ho avuto necessità di contattare il servizio post vendita (Jason) e sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dalla prontezza delle risposte,mi sono messo in contatto tramite mail ma dalla rapidità delle risposte sembrava
quasi una chat.
Tutto risolto....Sicuramente acquisterò nuovamente da Hiseeu.

SALVOSALVO: Ottimo prodotto con un buonissimo rapporto di qualità prezzo. il kit comprendeva 4 telecamere, successivamente ne ho acquistato altre e l'installazione è stata semplicissime. Ottima l'app per controllare le telecamere da remoto. Un grazie va anche al servizio assistenza, a distanza di un anno ho avuto un problema con una telecamera ed è stata sostituita velocemente.

Fabio: Acquistato kit con NVR da 1 TB e 4 telecamere di cui due PTZ. Prezzo in offerta. Arrivato in 48 ore. Installazione facile. Manuale solo in inglese. Dopo aver prima testato il funzionamento ho installato le telecamere all esterno della casa. Risultato OK. Arrivato la notte una delle telecamere fisse installata a filo muro di notte non mostrava immagine se non con luce del faro esterno. Contattato il supporto tecnico via APP. Dopo alcuni scambi mi hanno consigliato di ruotare la telecamera allontanando la visione dal muro. Problema risolto grazie al supporto tecnico. Ora funziona.

T BT B: Pictures show number of false alerts caused by weather, no matter which way the settings are adjusted! 339 false alerts in 6 hours, the in 7 hours 399! Turned off notifications permanently which makes system pointless for security!

I have the cameras set to pick up human motion. I can walk around my house 10 times and it will not detect anything yet if it rains or a gnat flies by the camera it alerts! It does not even pick up cars coming into my driveway. I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have rain and wind... the other morning I woke up to 288 alerts on my phone within 8 hours of sleeping. It was all rain drops and a few bugs flying by! My cameras are mounted under the eves of the house, out of the rain. This is ridiculous!

I am guessing they might be good cameras if mounted inside of a building yet outside it just constantly sends false alerts and does not alert on humans or cars which is what it should be picking up on.

The cameras "track" very slowly when they do actually pick up something other than rain or a bug. It literally alerted reapeatedly to fog... FOG!! If it were to pick up a human they would have to be crawling slowly in order for it to...

Seattle177: The picture quality is good, but pan and tilt speed is very very slow and dosn't response well on app especially when it zoom in all the way.
EseeCloud for PC is very difficult to use but iOS EseeCloud is not too bad.
Are there any firmware update on this camera???

Estibeiro: One of the bullet cameras lasted for a day and then stopped working, spent £150 to install by a tech and now Amazon is asking to send back complete, so the tech wants another £100 to take them all down and then later wants a other £150 to install back. Is it worth?

mattmatt: I have a few different cameras now installed on my property to keep an eye on things, and this is one of the best. The panning and tilting are extremely useful. And the fact that it's hardwired means I don't need to worry about batteries at all. I have the cord running into my basement through a window into a plug. It's a really long power cord and the wifi reception is great even on the opposite side of my house.

The app is pretty easy to use, setup was easy but the QR code part didn't work, so I had to manually connect my camera. Once it was set up it worked great! I love it!

BrandonBrandon: I recently installed the Hiseeu wired security camera at my home, and I'm pretty impressed with its performance to be so cheap. It's a little more than some of the alternatives in its price bracket, like the Wyze cameras but after testing both, I feel like the quality is higher on the Hiseeu.

It was fairly easy to install. Though I was initially worried when I saw the three connectors, the instructions were very clear and the power cable provided is plenty long so the setup and install was smooth and without issue.

No complaints on the image clarity. It provides clear and detailed footage even in low-light conditions. This was important for me, as I mounted the camera on a side of my property that has no ambient lighting and stays in the dark once the sun goes down. Having the ability to cover such a large, sweeping area because of the camera's ability to swivel is nice as well.

From the tests I've done with the app, the software remains consistent and while I did have a minor hang here and there trying to pull the camera up, I believe that was more the fault of network latency than the camera itself.

The build quality is nice; it doesn't feel overly...

Chtict83Chtict83: Acheté dans le cadre d'un projet de vidéo surveillance d'une Résidence avec 3 entrées et 2 portes de garage. Grace à l'adresse email du support disponible dans les commentaires j ai pu prendre contact avec le constructeur pour avoir des informations complémentaires avant notre achat, j'ai eu les réponses dans les 24h à chaque fois mais il semblerait que la traduction de copropriété a été mal interprétée ce qui a engendré un achat non compatible avec une résidence de copropriétaires qui interdit tout raccordement WIFI ou Ethernets Poe sur le réseau d'un propriétaire , la loi interdisant un copropriétaire de disposer de la vidéo des autres occupants.
Ce type d'installation est néanmoins parfait pour une maison individuelle ou bâtiments privés. Attention le wifi vers le NVR ne peut pas dépasser 20m, le raccordement avec des câbles Ethernet RJ45 nécessitent un NVR Poe ou un commutateur Poe raccordé au routeur de l'opérateur.
Ce type d'installation avec NVR garantit la disponibilité locale des vidéos, pas besoin d'operateur de surveillance payant ou de Cloud ( inutile et inaccessible en cas du rupture de la liaison opérateur, notre cas 2 mois pour...

Km2455: SOFTWARE/CONFIGURATION:
The software is confusing. Poor grammar aside, it's just not at all intuitive. There are a couple of pitfalls.
1. The application has no "Forgot Password" facility. So you'll need to create an account and password. Do NOT lose your password or you'll be making another account :)
2. You must use their software to get it on the wireless network and configure it. You may choose between "Remote" and "Local". Remote allows you to view it within the application and configure it. It assigns it's own password but you can change it via a menu item.

"Local" allows you to set a password for the device upfront but will not allow you to view or modify the device's settings. So Im not sure what This mode is intended for.

UPDATE: if you use IOS software, it’s still confusing, but it works. I found a menu item for setting the password of the camera. I now have it working with my Amcrest NVR using ONVIF and it’s flawless.

BUILD QUALITY:
Seems like a fairly solid build but my unit came with a screw loose. Something was rattling around in there. I opened the hatch for the sd card and shook the unit until a little Phillips panhead screw...
