Anthony W.: We already have the  GenieBidet Seat - Self Cleaning Dual Nozzles. Rear & Feminine Cleaning - No wiring required. Simple 20-45 minute installation or less. Hybrid T with ON/OFF Included! (ROUND)  installed on one of our toilets. That one is great! However, because of the shape of my toilet tank the lid on the GenieBidet kept wanting to close. There just wasn't enough clearance between the lid and the tank for it to stay open without some effort. I don't blame GenieBidet because it clearly showed the space needed for the lid to stay up but I took a gamble on it and lost. Luckily, it fit on one of our other toilets.

I then found this Hibbent Round bidet seat and the lid shape looked concave enough that I thought it would work with our tank. Lo and behold, it does! Construction and materials seem fine. The installation of this and the GenieBidet seat are pretty much identical so it took my less than 15 minutes to get it all put in and adjusted. I was familiar enough that I didn't even really look at the included instructions. I like that this unit came with both a plastic T-connector and a metal/hybrid adjustable T-connector. manfellow: The $35 under-the-seat mounting style bidet I have been using for a few years started getting leaky and covered in water deposits so I went hunting for a new one. This full seat style appealed to me because the under-the-existing-seat attachment styles can be really hard to keep clean around the mounting bracket. My tank to bowl-front dimensions barely cut it for this one so I was worried it's seat lid would hit the toilet tank lid and all that but it worked out fine. I was mentally preparing to buy a new toilet for the bidet if necessary because I am NOT LIVING WITHOUT A BIDET!
The seat was easy to mount, you take your old seat off and shove these drywall anchor style plastic things into the mounting holes for the seat to bolt down onto with philips head bolts, which I liked better than having to struggle with the typical under the toilet nut style mounting.
The plastic anchor thing didn't hold great on one side and was coming up as I was screwing the bolt in but I backed the bolt most of the way and beat it back down further and it held better this time and good enough so the seat can't move around too much. They do include plastic nuts for the bolts if the plastic anchors...

Vinay MalurVinay Malur: I tried couple of comparatively low cost mechanical bidets (BioBidet BB-270 and Luxe Bidet Neo 185) but they didn't work for me. It was difficult to install them and the toilet seat "raised" no matter how clean the installation was. On the other hand, Hibbent Bidet Toilet seat installed rather easily and has been working well too. It is the only "round" toilet bidet seat offered in Amazon Prime. It's perfect fit in terms of both functionality, color and look. I took off 1 star for their poor instruction manual. They provide two options for securing the "plates" to which the bidet seat locks in and two different T-adapters (plastic and metal). However, the instruction manual (low cost investment) has not guidelines on when to use which option. The installation pictures are also of very poor quality. I hope they fix this and make it easy for "novices" to install this wonderfully working bidet.
