Miss DRM: I needed a spit faucet connector for my garden hoses and this was a very good quality and does the job. Relly reat tht they included the siicon plumbing tape to secure the seal!

DonitaDonita: I bought this last July, used it in my garden for the rest of the summer then disconnected and stored it inside over the winter. When I went to hook it up this spring one of the hose connectors came loose and there is no way to reconnect it or even shut that connection off to use the others. I thought this would last a few seasons, not a few months. Very disappointed.
Update - I posted this review because I couldn't find contact info for the company but after posting they reached out almost immediately and offered a refund which I accepted and received promptly. They also communicated that they had improved the design. I was very disappointed in the product but quite impressed with the customer service and would be willing to order from this company again.

namtup: ... than what you can get at hardware stores, and (when I checked) at a slightly cheaper price. A plus is the included washers and silicone tape.

Despite the rubber ring covered faycet screw in, you may need pliers to adequately tighten it to your faucet. Due to its sturdiness / weight, some care is needed to avoid cross threading when mounting to the faucet. A star wheel extension ring rather than the rubber ring could make screw on easier but it is what it is. Similar care should be exercised when attaching hoses to one of the four outputs; and due to the short distance between those, it is much easier to attach hoses from the inside out.

Could be better with larger cut off levers, but I have only seen those on nonbrass (less sturdy aluminim or pot metal) models. The ones on this one are longer and easier to operate than the pure brass ones though that sometimes require wire pliers to operate!
