My first time ordering these. I had been getting bloated after eating supper and didn’t like it at all. These really do help with decreasing bloating and with gas as well. The price was acceptable. These did their job. The pills are green and small oval shape and go down easily . I believe they have the chewables for those that don’t care to swallow pills. If you have bloating and gas, I do recommend these!
