pestleman: I am a retired Pharmacist. Rugby is, for me, a long time respected company. I prefer the capsules loose in a bottle rather in blister pack. I use this product to relieve flatulence. And with predictable results. Best to order this quantity in the cooler seasons of the year.

gracie9797: After a friend's mom die of esophageal cancer, I declared total war on acid reflux. This stuff is helpful.
Despite taking prilosec, I was still having some breakthrough reflux especially at night when I was sometimes regurgitating acid into mouth. I've found simethicone helpful for that because it reduces the gas in stomach that is part of the cause of that upwards movement. It reduced the problem by about half.
Esophageal Guardian, which forms a foam 'raft' at base of esophagus, took care of the other 50%. I've had no sensation of reflux or any regurgitation since using those two products between dinner and bedtime.
