Meg: This was given as a gift and I must say it makes a great gift idea for the right person. I am pretty impressed with the trail camera for the price. Nice that it comes with first set of batteries and a microsd card. Picture quality is good and everything functions just the way it should. Night vision works well. The little screen is nice to be able to check photos/videos without removing the card. I can't really think of any downsides to this camera except potentially the battery life(it uses 4 aa batteries), but it also comes with the port for using a solar panel to run it or to plug it in directly if you have power available. The small size is great for concealment and it has a nice camo pattern as well. I am using it for watching what birds come in to my tree, but you do have to be careful to aim it where there won't be moving branches to constantly trigger the motion sensor. That is just the nature of a motion sensor and no fault of the camera itself. I have mine aimed at solid branch with the trunk as a backstop. Eventually i'd like to find a nice wild place to put it in the forest where I can leave it and check back. Will be fun for my kids to see what animals crossed our...

Allan MAllan M: Out in the woods, monitoring a deer feeder. Quality is excellent, very easy to set up and use. Batteries are lasting very well and no issues even after multiple heavy rain storms. I could have selected much higher resolution, video etc but opted for good enough quality still images. Night image quality is also good, but of course black and white images only.

I like that the camera is much more compact than most others and only uses four AA batteries, and comes with a standard 32Gb Micro SD card included. Compact is nice for storage space, backpack space when carrying a few in, and for smaller appearance when attached carefully to a tree to be less likely to be seen by camera thieves.

I use the included strap to tie it to a tree but considered using the screw on base instead which might be very useful. I also really like the mini display for quick field viewing of photos but don't use it much. I'm usually in and out as fast as possible changing cards and head back to my computer to view properly on a big screen.

Not a lot of useless no animal pictures, the camera gets a few from shadows or trees blowing but that is inevitable, and less than I had with another...

Noel A.Noel A.: The media could not be loaded.  Camera being used on the East Coast of North Carolina. Between 20 degrees and 95 degrees throughout the time I had the camera(s) in the field. I have had two on these cameras for two seasons in the field, and I just bought two more this year because I was so satisfied.

Bottom line up front: solid camera, would recommend to any hunter of any skill level who wants a good camera at a low price.

The good:
-Easy to use, and ready to stick to a tree right after opening the box (memory card, strap, batteries in box).
-Easy to set up, I was impressed by the amount of settings the camera has for such a low price.
-Screen on the back and buttons are relatively easy to use, allows you to check really quick for game if you want to look before going into the stand. Easy to identify big game on the small screen on the camera itself.
-Camera has good reaction speed when the sensor picks something up. Decent field of view as well.
-Camera picks up small movements easily. Got every critter that came across it small and large. Watch out for branches or grass that blows in the wind, it’ll trigger the sensor easily.
