Amazon Customer: We had a major brand honeycomb product that had begun to fail - the operating mechanisms were not retracting and a tape actually broke. We were skeptical but read the reviews prior to placing our order. Everything that we saw that was good was true. Their support contacted us promptly, confirmed measurements and order details. The shades arrived a week earlier then predicted and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the product is very good, function is excellent. It took a few times raising and lowering to get them to fully extend, but now they are great! The operating mechanism looks very well designed and the manufacturing is very clean! We would not hesitate to purchase these for other windows when the need arises.

chad haatvedtchad haatvedt: The blind itself is pretty good. We couldn't get the middle bracket to catch, and it finally blew apart and the little spins that hold it together were lost.
I don't think the middle bracket is needed anyway.
We got the blackout version and it does that well.
