JBJB: Parts C and D were missing, and in their place were 2 identical parts labeled B, which meant that the only way to assemble it is with one of the handles put in backwards, tilting out. It is useless as shipped, i plan on returning. Update: I was contacted by the seller and offered a replacement shipment. This had the correct parts and was easily assembled. My particular one does not stick to my floor well with the suction cups, and it can wobble if you push it, but as long as you apply equal pressure on both handles as you stand it doesn’t move and I haven’t had any problems using it. It provides useful support. The seller was very helpful and responsive to the missing part issue.

Fran Carletta: Used this assistive device for getting up and down from toilet after total knee replacement surgery. It does work very well, but could be a little sturdier. Overall, has served me well.

Larry G.: Assembly instructions are a joke. I had to put together looking at a picture and assembling puzzle style. Not many parts though and figuring out not a big deal. It is a bit wobbly but I think sturdy enough to be safe.
