Anne: this product is wonderfully strong and stable. my daughter found it easy to assemble which took her no time at all.i i found the fact that it helps me feel safe and secure is worth the cost. it easily could be more expensive. why settle for a wobbly one when you could get a sturdy one for a few more measly dollars.
the rubber handles are in the perfect position. it also fits the space from the toilet. It would be reprehensible of me to not point out that my toilet is immediately to the right of the entry so you can actually trip and possibly fall as the stability bars stick out maybe 5 inches. if your toilet isn't the path of walking and you have a large bathroom you might be okay. so give it consideration before you choose this or any other toilet aid

patFL: I am having knee surgery in a week and needed a frame to help me get on and off of the toilet. I did not want a raised seat because the higher up you are, the bigger the splash. This frame is perfect. I can keep the toilet seat at its normal height, and have bars that I can grab to ease me on and off the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the frame and finish. I was expecting a somewhat flimsy frame and a haphazard painted finish. This frame is truly heavy duty, easy to assemble and has a high quality painted finish. It fits nicely around the toilet, even though the toilet is close to the wall on one side. A well made product!

Amazon Customer: This is the second Drive Medical safety frame I've ordered for my 95 yr old father. This allows him to continue to live independently. He cannot visit without this assistance. I thank you for making this available and so affordable. Less expensive than medical supplies from the local pharmacy.

Joy B.: This was easy to assemble. I have found it to be very helpful as I have a weak and painful hip. I like that the arms curve inward as their placement is perfect for my average height and weight (ok maybe I'm a few pounds over average). I've stubbed my toes a few times, but otherwise it's great.
