Craig A. Adams: Easy to use and install, and it's attractive to birds- but it has durability issues. The base develops surface rust within months, and the tray is not resistant to sunlight, so you'll be lucky to get more than about 18 months out of it. I really wanted to like this, because the design is good; the quality just isn't there.

Fuelgrrl: This is a very clever feeder with a watering pan for a deck. It is easy to install. The birds have been enjoying it ever since it was installed. We have a small balcony, so this is the perfect size. Well made and arrived quickly.

Heidi: I received this item with a broken flimsy plastic dish that had a piece cracked of the side of the dish.
Also The water tips forward and spills out the front as the clamp is also a flimsy piece of metal.
Terrible . This was meant to be a Christmas present for my mother. VERY DISAPPOINTED
