Vania VargasVania Vargas: I loved the flour but not the price. I had to add the whole bag to make one loaf. It is like $2 per slice, however the flavor and texture is way better than using only almond flour. To bake it I added one tea spoon of baking powder, plus two table spoons of whole psyllium husk. I added also one and a half spoon of melted butter... The consistency is great, though expensive for bread craving...

ChussChuss: Compared to the picture in the package, mine was is way darker.
It does not matter because the flavor remains very good. I would let the mis rest before I put it in the oven since it contains baker's yeast
If you have baked bread with almond flour before, like I, you can notice the difference, but it's not impossible to do it with an expensive mix, like this one .
The main goal is convenience. 4 eggs add mix, oven et voilá.
Too expensive to order regularly.

Mizz A Star: I have purchased this product three times now. I do love the taste and the texture. Its not exactly bread texture but I'm not fussy about that. The only issue is that the portion is so small and it doesnt last very long. Its so easy to prepare but Imagine spending £11 a week just on bread. Finding a less expensive alternative thats so simple to make will be difficult I think. All in all great service.

Kim: The brownie and the bread mixes both tasted very good!
I made the fudgey brownies recipe and while it doesn't make a full cake pan, just a very small square, it looked like one giant brownie and was perfect for a small birthday 'cake'.
For the bread mix I made the recipe for rolls and dropped large spoonfuls that made them the size of a hamburger roll then they could also be used for a sandwich. They don't raise like yeast bread but if you've ever had an Archway chocolate chip cookie (the huge soft kind), that's the consistency they reminded me of. They aren't sweet, but I actually thought that if you added some sugar free chocolate chips you might get away with passing them off as cookies!
The highly-food-allergic person I made them for loved them!

Stephenie Shanks: I've been on keto along with my husband for a year and a half and am always looking for good products and substitutes for the foods we love. When I came across this product, the photo on the package enticed me to believe that this would be a great alternative. Although it was easy to make and had a taste and consistency of corn bread, it did not make sandwich bread like the package photo. I bought a 3 pack and will use it up but probably won't order it again. I have keto bread machine recipe that create a better bread.

AmaraAmara: Bakes just fine when following directions! My mix seemed a bit too sticky so I just added a little extra almond flour and was able to roll them into balls after that!

I went for a savory pizza pull-apart roll style! They are pretty good!

Instructions were simple, end product tasted good! Can't complain! Yes the price is a bit high...but most people forget how much money they shell out for unhealthy food on a regular basis. So for a specialty product? The price is fine.

If you want a cheaper product - just buy almond flour and figure the rest out yourself but in terms of a packaged item with the product already to go? It's worth it! Especially if you haven't been eating bread for a while! It's a nice little treat you can feel good about!

The texture and mouth-feel is similar to a lighter, slightly drier muffin! I imagine you could make great muffins out of it too! But I was craving savory ;)

Probably wouldn't buy the pre-mixed product again just because I can recreate with raw ingredients already in my house BUT don't shy away from trying :)

M.ClarkM.Clark: Made this in my bread machine and turned out perfect. The loaf is small and I rate it as a sandwich bread. It stayed soft held up good no breaking and crumbling. Overall considering this is grain free I am happy. I wish the price was lower, as $10 for a very small loaf of bread is not cost effective.

Mary EG: It was definitely a denser loaf than I was anticipating, like banana bread with no sweetness. At first the 16 slices per loaf (for nutritional value servings) seemed unrealistic, but honestly, it is fine. Any thicker and it will probably be too much to digest. After a month on Keto I was looking forward to a grilled cheese sandwich.. this did not satisfy that craving, but tasty none the less.

Caroline: I was diagnosed with PCOS which means no sugar, no gluten, no dairy. Bye bye dreams of garlic bread or grilled cheese. Then I found this! Thank you. It may not look like traditional bread but tastes amazing. My only wish is that it would lower in price. A bit expensive.
