Cassie: Being Celiac for many years now, I've seen way more GF products on the market than ever before. Having been diagnosed as an adult, I remember what "gluten" food tastes like. This cornbread mix is the closest thing I have found to regular cornbread, and even my family couldn't tell the difference! Easy to make (you'll need an egg and milk), it comes out perfect in a pan or muffins. Great alternative to gluten-filled regular cornbread mix. A good product!
