Moist and de-lish.
You would not know it's GF. Also more ozs. than another brand so more bang for your buck.
I added craisins and walnuts and some pumpkin pie spice for a little added flavor. You can tweak this mix anyway that suits you.
I also added a little grade A pure maple syrup becuz I like pumpkin bread on the sweet side.

NerdGirl_LA: I’m gluten free not by choice. I miss baked goods so much. But King Arthur has made gluten free baking so much easier. I love all their mixes. This one was no different. They were light and fluffy, and had a great pumpkin flavor. My dad asked for me to make them a second time!
