mnat: These muffins were very tasty. Even people that were not gluten-free ate them. They are not very sweet they are just right these are for people that don't want an overbearing sweetness it's perfect and it's a great little snack. They only lasted for 2 days.

Halfway Hippie: I eat just about everything by simple mills. This box of cupcake or cake mix is no exception. It’s amazing. Super soft fluffy texture with a rich flavor. This is one I highly recommend, especially if you had food allergies to other items

Andrea: Love these cake mixes, they taste great and are very light and fluffy. Great for those that may have a gluten allergy and they taste exactly like those other cake mixes you find in the baking aisle. Simple mills also has other great products that do not upset my stomach, they are a must try. Highly recommend!

Crooked. Dented. And the way they're made, they don't lay even against the wall.: I tweaked it a little, by using some plain applesauce, pumpkin puree, and All Spice.
It is very good.
It's not super moist, but I'm fine with that. Would be more dry I expect, without the applesauce and pumpkin puree... that's why I am mentioning it.
I'm glad I bought 2 boxes, and will definitely buy more.

Marilyn Borch: I used these for snacks! While everyone else is stuffing donuts in their mouth I was able to stay dairy and gluten free . I added a bit more cinnamon and some raisins. Delicious.
