SkipDesign: I use this truffle butter every morning when I cook my scrambled eggs, I use it as the oil in the pan, I cook it like Jacques Pepin suggests, very slowly, and it makes a very creamy and very tasty truffle butter eggs. I garnish with chives from my garden.
