Purchased for my elderly Mother having issues. A similar toilet safety rail offered slightly better stability but had a bar straight across on the floor which annoyed my Mother. Replaced it with this one after several months. She seems much happier with this one as it does not keep her from placing her feet back farther. Would be nice if manufacturer could find a way to better stabilize. Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately the Giantex product did not work in our bathroom. I explained the circumstances, repackaged the product in the original box, and returned it. A full refund was granted. It was a pleasure to do business with nice people, which is not always the case.
