Alexander Sutherland: I have arthritis in my small toes. It is caused from years of wearing high heels and pointed toes. I am now at the point where it is painful to walk in many of my shoes and boots. I have tried many different full insoles with no relief. I decided to try these as my first pair of small cushion gel insoles.

They worked! I can now wear many of the shoes and boots that I thought I never would again. I will be buying more. The only difficulty that I experienced is using the adhesive to put them in tall boots. I will not use the adhesive in other boots and see how that goes. Hopefully they won’t slip around much.
