Bruce: The only problem I have with this microwave is that the timer is hard to see in the bright light and there is no way to make it brighter. Hard for old eyes to see.

Pirkko, from BC: I return it because it was too small size for the space where i wanted it. It was very nice looking and it would have been matching with my wall oven but the size was to small so i returned it and bought bigger unit.

Brian McNally: The features with the knob are outdated and hard to figure out. I couldn't use this unit without the manual right beside it. And the door is so dark that you can't see what is happening inside. Also the time read out is so dim that it's hard to see.
We used the air fryer the first day as we were very excited about this feature. The wings turned out very good even though it took 40 minutes. The next day I tried to defrost a pound of hamburger and got an error message. Same with trying to warm up some coffee. We unplugged the unit to reset it but that didn't help. I called Galanz and they said it was an electrical problem. So much for the excitement.... this thing lasted less than 2 days. Amazon allowed us to return it. I would not recommend this product.

Mike B.: Bought this last year and we had issues with it right away in the first couple months of owning. It kept having error codes come up and the microwave would work randomly. So we dealt with it and around 8 months it stopped working entirely. So I looked into the warranty and it was good for a year. I called galanz and they were very helpful started a ticket # and had it approved for full reimbursement. They told me everything I wanted to hear and that I just had to do a few things that they wanted from me.
1- peal the stickers off the back and attach it to a piece of paper with the ticket # on it.
2- cut the plug off the cord and mail it in with the stickers
So I did everything they asked and they told me I will receive a full refund in 8-10 weeks.
Nothing has showed up 12 weeks later making me weary, so I called them today to check the status. Now their story has changed from honorable company to shady business practices. I give the man in the phone my ticket number and he pulls up my info then tells me he’s unsure if they received and can’t issue me a refund unless I have the tracking # off of the usps receipt from almost 4 months ago. Larry P. Bailey: We bought this because my over the range 10 yr old microwave died. We didn't want another one. My wife kept burning herself because it was too high. So we ditched the Over The Range (OTR) microwave and bought this GALANZ appliance. I knw how to use the microwave oven, the instructions were easy. The fryer was new to me . So I tried a piece of bread in the fryer unit and low and behold it toasted the piece of bread, then I toasted a bagel . It worked too! Then I put a potato in the microwave cook it, pealed it slice it about 1/4 in thick salted it sprayed it with oil and set it in the fryer. Wow, it came out delicious , crispy and soft on the inside. The microwave isn't as strong as my OTR one but I improvised, adapted and over came it. I put a 1 qt frozen container of homemade chicken noodle soup that I had made and froze last week I defrosted it and cooked it in the microwave. I just took a little longer than my other microwave. baking was a little different....My first baking was brownies in a 9x9 inch baking pan. It took forever to cook and still the center didn't get done. SO... Since I was using the convection oven I knew it needed to be high enough off...
