Pros & Cons from Kathy in Cranston: PROs: These anti-gas capsules have fennel in them, and it really does seem to help get rid of gas using natural ingredients such as chamomile, anise, cardamom, lemon balm, and activated coconut charcoal. It’s easier than using fennel tea bags, especially for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of fennel.
CONs: Although the capsules aren’t overly large, I wish they came in a smaller version for easier swallowing. (P.S. I just saw an online tip that suggested leaning forward when swallowing pills, and that does seem to help a bit.)

Amazon Customer: I have had severe bloating and gas for a few years now and the only thing that worked for me was gas x. Since becoming pregnant I have wanted to switch to more natural remedies to reduce the amount of chemicals I put in my body.
