mike: Really feel the quality of the product is the most important because my other two faucets were plastic and very cheap for $70.00 each for my rV Went residential and customized it, best decision to make. Not even close to staying with cheap , over price Rv products.

RC: This is a very nice looking shower head with good equality, but it doesn't cost so much as some other name brands in the market. I had a little dripping issue when it was first installed. I contacted the customer support and got responses immediately. They sent out a new replacement valve cartridge with clear video instructions on how to replace it. I was not able to do it myself but my plumber was able to replace it. Haven't had any issues since.

Norma Mendez: I ordered this shower system to install during my bathroom remodel. Once installed, the contractor determined that the cartridge was defective and needed to be replaced. I panicked and thought "Dang! I should have bought a name brand from Lowe's or Home Depot!" So on a Thursday afternoon I called the 800# for Customer Service and explained the problem. They asked me to send an email with the order # and my name and email address and they would take care of it. After I sent the email they send me a confirmation stating that the replacement cartridge was being shipped and I would get it on Saturday....2 days later. And sure enough, it was here on Saturday morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they made the issue right. AN I love my new shower system. It is both attractive and functional. I didn't have to pay shipping or any fees at all to get the replacement. As I remodel my other 2 bathrooms, I plan to use this Company's products.

Carey Hall: I had a professional plumber install the rough in valve. He was a little worried to start because of the precision required for how far it sticks out of the backer board (not too much, not too little). So you need to know the exact measurements of backer adhesive (thin set) with tile thickness. In the end he said it was very easy to install.
I installed the hardware myself. I struggled. I contacted customer service and as everyone else has mentioned, they deserve 5 stars for that alone. Email worked best for me. I could include pictures of my challenges. My threading was odd. They sent me new pieces that would work. They followed up with me more than once. Everyone that sees the product says it is very nice. I am very pleased with the look and the product.

Cecile Chambers: Plumber installed it and stated the valve cartridge was defective causing the poor pressure. Otherwise I love the look but hope the water pressure issue can be resolved.
