Quoc Nguyen: I got it used and the product broke down 2 years later. Normally you wouldn't qualify for the warranty fix but their company was kind enough to make an exception and replace the part.

Spencer: Everything arrived as it was advertised and the quality is great! My plumber did not configure the valve appropriately (installed too deep from wall surface which was a rookie mistake) which led me to contact Gabbrylly customer support. They were prompt and VERY helpful. They went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend!

Lydia Michael: The shower system is great but after one year of use, the shower hose unfortunately broke somehow. All of our worries were taken care of quickly as soon as we contacted customer support and explained our issue. Without hesitation, they sent us a shower hose replacement and followed up several weeks after to make sure everything was good. This level of customer service makes us confident in the purchase we placed. Highly recommend!

Norma Mendez: I ordered this shower system to install during my bathroom remodel. Once installed, the contractor determined that the cartridge was defective and needed to be replaced. I panicked and thought "Dang! I should have bought a name brand from Lowe's or Home Depot!" So on a Thursday afternoon I called the 800# for Customer Service and explained the problem. They asked me to send an email with the order # and my name and email address and they would take care of it. After I sent the email they send me a confirmation stating that the replacement cartridge was being shipped and I would get it on Saturday....2 days later. And sure enough, it was here on Saturday morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they made the issue right. AN I love my new shower system. It is both attractive and functional. I didn't have to pay shipping or any fees at all to get the replacement. As I remodel my other 2 bathrooms, I plan to use this Company's products.

Cecile Chambers: Plumber installed it and stated the valve cartridge was defective causing the poor pressure. Otherwise I love the look but hope the water pressure issue can be resolved.
