The Frost King VX620 6"x20" Plastic Gutter Guard is the best guard you can buy for your gutters. Customers have rated it highly for its overall satisfaction, packaging, value for money, and sturdiness. Invest in this product and you won't be disappointed! Craig Lowenstein: 1. This is 6 rolls of 20 feet/roll or 120 feet.
2. This gutter guard is curled and trying to place a curled 20 ft length can be tricky/clumsy. In lieu of having another person hold the other end, I used a C-clamp and short piece of wood (1 ft), and clamped the gutter guard between the wood/clamp and used the gutter's mounting nail to hold the clamped gutter guard at the opposite end of where I started installation. It made installation much easier.

Barbara B.: I bought this to use over my foam rubber around my Air Conditioner to keep my cat 🐈 from pulling it out nightly, but it's TOO TOUGH for the Scotch double sided tape I bought, it was a letdown and unusable for what I bought it for!!! 🤔🙄

Teddy lizard: Has not seem winter yet but installs easy if you follow all the helpful hints in other reviews. I had to cut as it comes 6 inch wide and I needed only 5 1/4 inch to fit in gutter. Roll up the opposite way to reduce curl, do in 6 to 10 foot lengths and tie down to avoid crows or wind pulling out.

C. Geary: I've tried a variety of gutter guard products. My problem is I have a tile roof. That makes installing gutter guards a nightmare. I tried 2 different metal guards & it took so long to install them I gave up. I accidentally came across this product browsing on Amazon, read the reviews, & decided to try it out.
Of all the gutter guards, this is by far easier to install if you have a tile roof. Some reviewers complain that this plastic guard is too flimsy. Not at all. It's about a medium flexibility & seems to be just right for the application. It looks & feels quite sturdy. I went to the manufacturers website to try & find out what kind of plastic this is made of because that is pretty important. Many plastics degrade quickly in the sun. But I didn't find anything. It's made in China so we immediately have to be suspicious of its quality.
It seems there's gotta be an easier way to install this other than lifting up every tile & bending the strip into the gutter, like rolling it up into a tube, laying the tube into the gutter, then slowly pulling the mesh out, letting it expand in place. I'm just thinking out loud. I'm an old guy & need to...

MR. F.MR. F.: Original Review
Summary:
- I don't think there is really a 5" version available from this page
- Either the material has changed or there are two products being delivered from this page (one stiffer, larger opening; the other more flexible, smaller mesh). I much prefer the stiffer version.
- It's really cheap compared to a permanent / real gutter helmet products, so still much better than nothing
Details:
Last August I ordered a roll of 6" when they were really cheap ($2) to try it out. I tried it and was impressed so in December I ordered 4 more and was again pleased with how easily it installed and stood firm in my gutters. I don't have it attached in any way other than the springiness of the material held by friction within the gutter. About a month ago we had a day of very high winds and I expected to see sections blown 3 houses away, but none of them budged. I had one more section of gutter with a bit more shingle overhang so I ordered the 5" version last week to finish off the last gutter. Here's where things go sideways...
I received a 6" roll which was probably a good thing since the material now seems much thinner / narrower gauge so less...

DougDoug: I inserted the leaf guard between the starter shake and the top shack. As you can see I have the screen setting on top of the gutters edge. I did not cut the product I pushed it up under the shake. My only concern is how long will this material last in the sun? Will it sag? I installed this during cool weather, summer is over. I’ll update this in years ahead, I hope regarding how it lasts.
