Paul JPaul J: Follow-up: customer support followed thru and sent a new filter body. Working great again. Odd problem but the took care of it. I would recommend it.
Filter was working fine, but came home today to find it wet under the sink. It is actually leaking through the bottom of the filter body. When I opened it up you can see a crack running around the bottom of the filter body. Tried to call customer service but their website says to email them and they will contact me. Waiting…
Update: received an email requesting additional information. They also said they would send a new filter body. Received it about 3 days later

Ishmael: Decided to buy filter for kitchen sink. Bought this filter because of the brass fittings, not trusting plastic fittings. Very pleased with the filter. It was extremely easy to install. Filter came with all the fittings needed for installation, however my pipes are 1/2" and fittings on filter are 3/8". Instead of using the adapters furnished I went to local hardware store, spent $6 and purchased a hose with 3/8" on one end and 1/2" on the other end. Stick on template made installing mounting screws simple. Now the important part! I have always thought my water tasted good compared to surrounding areas but after installing the filter the difference is noticeable. The water now has a smoother taste than before. I equate this taste to bottled water at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this filter.

Alpinemist: So pleased with this product. Easy to install, doesn’t take up much space and the quality of materials appear to be very good. Also purchased the additional filter for soft water and the improved taste of the water is very noticeable.

Elizabeth L: Installation instructions were helpful, but it was not easy to fit within the space under the sink. We ended up not mounting it but instead have it standing upright, which works perfectly fine. We changed the filter after 7 months. It filtered well and improved water taste. Changing the filter was very difficult to unscrew the old filter. After trying many things, using a hair dryer for about 1 minute to heat to expand the outer holder worked nicely. Next time we will use the hair dryer right away and should be easy then.

Young: I highly recommend this water purifier system. It has consistently provided me with clean and safe drinking water. The technical support team deserves special praise for their prompt and thorough assistance.
I purchased the water purifier system two years ago and initially used it at my previous residence. When I moved to my new home in North London, I took the system with me.
Upon connecting it in my new home, I noticed white particles in the filtered water (caused by my old taps!). I reached out to the support team, initially suspecting a system issue. However, further investigation revealed that the problem originated from the old water tap, likely due to limescale buildup before my move.
Replacing the water tap immediately resolved the issue, confirming that it was unrelated to the water purifying system. Both the replacement product from the support team and my original one continue to function excellently.
I hope my experience can assist others facing similar concerns. If you encounter white particles, test the water just after the purifier. If it's clear, the issue may lie within the water tap. Consider replacing it for consistently clear and...

Ersthaft? Das ist mir zu viel Stress.
Also mein Smartphone raus und schauen was Amazon in dem Bereich so anbietet.

TaylorTaylor: I've had this filter for 6+ months now and felt like it was time to put in a review. First things first, you should never trust a review from someone who just installed a consumable system like a water filter, as it will typically perform very well initially and issues arise down the line. Let's start with the good here:
It's inexpensive for the advertised flow rate - this is one of the only filters on the market that advertises over 2gpm, and it is capable of reaching that with a brand new filter. However, at least with our water source (New York City), that performance degrades SUBSTANTIALLY after a few weeks, to the point where it gets down to a trickle. Frizzlife stood behind their product and sent a second filter, but the same thing happened again within a few weeks so it seems our water's particular composition and this type of filter media don't play nicely together. I solved for this by installing a pressurized water tank in line after the filter stage, more commonly used with Reverse Osmosis systems (but works perfectly here as well) so that the first quarter gallon is full speed ahead even with the water supply shut totally off (and the tank refills as it...

Sparks: Easy install. Using the included tape prevented leaks. Water pressure is great. Taste is great. Just installed this, so as of now this is 5 stars.
Will update the review in a few weeks after testing it further and report back.
