Brian Schramm: I have only had this system for a week but right after installing it (which was relatively simple) tested the water quality. Noticed a little difference in the taste but the big difference was in the smell. The smell of water right out of the tap has bit of an odd smell but once it ran through the filters there was almost no smell at all if any. I also noticed a difference in the texture as it just felt smooth going down where the tap water not going through the filtration system had a bit of a grainy texture.
So far this had made a big difference from the tap and the Brita pitchers I was using. The single filter Brita pitchers just were not doing an adequate enough job.
This is a really good value as I did some research on other on non-reverse osmosis systems and this was the only one that I found that the tests said removed fluoride. There were also more expensive triple filtration systems that said they did not remove lead either which this one does.
I only gave it 4 stars as it is not quite as good as some bottled waters on taste but it tastes very good and way better than out of the tap.

DouglasDouglas: The media could not be loaded. Wow we are loving this filter system! I have been drinking my tapwater for years and I always thought it was fine. After installing this filter system, now my unfiltered tapwater tastes “chemical-ish” to me. Also both my son and wife chose the new filtered tapwater in a blind taste test. LOL
After drilling a new hole in my granite countertop, it was easy to install. The system only needs 1/2” hole; but I drilled 1” hole so I could put a soap dispenser in it if I wanted. The filter system has a significant flange that covers up the larger hole with no problem. (I did also purchase the separate emergency leak detector auto stop for peace of mind)
I was afraid that the filter would knock the flow down to a trickle; but it comes out plenty fast. I can fill up my 60 ounce mug in a few seconds.
Additional fringe benefit is that I used add one scoop of flavor powder to make my water taste good. Now with the filter system I only need one quarter scoop to make it taste good. I assume because there is no chemical taste to overpower!

SaltShackPawPack: We purchased this for our elderly mother who was using small water bottles to drink, to cook and provide water to her pup. She can't handle large jugs or dispensers, so this seemed a great addition to the new brushed nickel faucet we gave her for Mother's Day. She has an old condo with 2 separate pipes for hot/cold, that literally butted right up to one another, and she doesn't have a flexible cold line coming off her faucet - it was a stiff hose with a compression fitting/nut. When we tried to move the compression fitting, to fit it to the T provided, the plastic fitting broke - so a quick trip to HD and we resolved that issue. Once we got it all hooked up, and the only difficulty in that was my mother's old plumbing, it looks great. The cartridges are large, but we couldn't be happier with the flow. Barely turning it on, her glass was full in a few seconds. Filling a 2.45 qt pot to the top took less than 10 seconds. The water dispenser faucet is really nice, it's heavy and put together well. The brushed nickel matched her faucet and soap dispenser perfectly. Everything is packaged well, and the instructions are pretty simple to follow, even though they 're pictures. We watched...

M. Cooper: This was a big switch for me, because for the last 15 years I have been of the belief that RO (Reverse Osmosis) water was the best. It removed everything from the water, leaving drinking water essentially with no nutrition to the body, tasteless and useless. These systems even included a filter that added minerals back into the water. This is a makeshift attempt to replace minerals natural to our body, and I'm not sure any of the systems I tried really worked for this. We are in Arizona, and in the summertime the heat requires drinking a lot of water. Not just useless water, and because these units really didn't work in replacement of these minerals, we had to supplement all the time. This brings me to the choice of Frizzlite SP99 as a replacement of the RO system. It was a big jump from tasteless water, to the taste of the water in the Frizzlite filters that tasted similar to tap water. Essentially they are carbon filters, one filtering out silt, dirt, and sand. You have to question in domestic water supplies how much silt, sand and dirt is really in our tap water, it should already be filtered out at the plant. The other filters fine tune filtering, removing some contaminants...

Chrystal D.: Leaked at first and then we got it to stop. Instructions are a bit vague.
