Mr. Opined Average Pessimist: Just received the filter after 14 days. In light of covid19 i have to accept the delayed delivery time. It is a large unit. Twice as big as my previous undersink filter, but still fits. Normal braided lines included. 32" x½"FIPx ⁹/¹⁶FIP. (And one shorter line 16"?) Also a strange little 2 piece reducer/adapter that i could not figure out how to use. I wrote a scathing review about how i needed to order extra hoses (which i did, but just cancelled) and kinda just now figured out the adapter/reducer. Im not a plumber but ive monkeyed around under a few sinks in my day, and have seen quite a few reducers in my day, but for some reason this one that came with the filters confused me. I still ended up attaching given water lines to existing water lines (like plugging 2 extension cords together, it shouldnt make you happy but you do it anyway) and now that its altogether and working properly im a little more happy. I dont know about the filtration, who really knows...but we have a heavy chlorine taste and it definitely removes that. I did try to register my product with the company and the website just kept running me around in circles telling me im registered but i havent ordered...

This filter system had the potential to DESTROY MY HOUSE! A little back story to validate my claim of total home destruction. My sister and brother in law had a similar event happen in their brand new home just a little over one year ago. Not with the same product, just to be clear, however their event was a fraction of what the potential destruction if my home could have been. You see in their home they just had a small leak at the fitting that met the refrigerator. My sister went to bed at around 11:00 pm one evening to a dry house. My brother in law awoke at 4:00 am to one inch of water inside their entire 2800 sqft single story slab built home. The final repair cost to their home was over $60,000 and five months spent living in AirBnB's.
