Bernice Stoutt: Can be stuck in any area of the shoes that is hurting the feet. The cushions work very well. I encourage them to be purchased.

Lupine: For an hour or so at a time, my feet were happy! These little cushions solved the problem of uncomfortable threading or staples on my sandals (Ecco sportsandals, Birkenstock/Pappilio, Paul Green leather). But the cushions fell off of all these (very different) kinds of sandals! I did not notice when they fell off as I was walking. So I could not rescue them. Maybe they work better with closed-toe shoes. At least you could re-attach them if they fall off in the shoe.

Amazon Customer: I bought these to cover a metal piece that’s on the inside of a pair of sandals holding a buckle in place. The metal hurt the top of my foot so I covered it with one of these pads and now I can’t feel it at all. The adhesive feels pretty secure so I don’t think it’s going anywhere any time soon.

Starz123: These little pressure point cushions are amazing! I have several pairs of expensive leather boots that rub the tops of my toes. I love my pointed toe boots but after several hours of wear they really hurt my feet. I have tried insoles that promise to take the pressure off the front of the front of the foot when wearing high heels but they can't completely stop my feet from sliding down into the toe box. I installed these pressure point cushions on the areas that rub and voila! No more pain. They have stayed in place through multiple wearings, too (which can be up to 10 or 11 hours at a time). I'm ordering a couple more packs to have on hand for when I add to my shoe collection. Thank you Foot Petals for saving my feet from their torture sessions.

jmee: A friend recommended this to me and she calls it her "secret weapon" against pinchy heels.
It does work to relieve pain from pinchy areas and it sticks on very well. It hasn't moved in my heels despite days of walking in the heat.
I would try walking with your heels without them first to figure out where exactly it hurts, then stick them on.

Lets-Review-It: I have found these to be really useful to soften a hard area around the heel area on my walking boots, placed a couple under the insole and the problem was solved.

Sharon: I cut them in half because I only needed the protection on a two small spots. They adhere very well and kept place. I was comfortable with them in place.
