Sue Smith: Just got this treadmill, love the size, easy to use! I’m not happy with the handles that come up on it, they are lose, and we can’t get them any tighter. Couldn’t imagine having to return this item. Also I thought there would be some sort of warranty included. No warranty card or e_mail to register it at. Looked at it on Amazon says company gives 12 months of service🧐 Looking past these 2 things, glad I made this purchase, also thought was good price and would recommend it to friends.

Kimberly Linfield: Ordered this back in December 2023. As a Christmas gift. Did not realize the return win for closed just 1 month later. I missed it by a couple days and was not offered any assistance. So basically paid $500 for nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT RECOMEND!

Vicky Mc Carthy: J'étais rétissante a racheté un tapis de marche car l'an passé j'en ai acheter un d'une autre marque qui stipulait que le poids maximum allait jusqu'à 260 lbs car je suis en surpoids mais après 10 utilisations, il a arrêté de fonctionner. J'ai une faciite plantaire et de l'artrose au dos alors faire de la marche dehors l'hiver et par mauvais temps peut devenir très problématique. J'ai trouvé ce tapis avec un poids maximum de 380 lbs (même si mon poids est beaucoup moindre, je voulais être sûre que ça n'allait pas être un problème), j'ai lu les avis et j'ai décidé de me lancer. Après 2 semaines a m'en servir 35 min par jour, il est toujours aussi silencieux et il fonctionne parfaitement bien. Je suis très satisfaite.

Kristina Gajadhar: When my package arrived, the screen on the treadmill was not working and did have some dents/cracks. Through amazon, i was able to get in touch with the manufacturer who replaced the treadmill within days! Easiest warranty process i’ve ever gone through.

Hope: I been using this treadmill for a few weeks now.

Pros: its very light and easy to put together, weight limit is great. It's also a treadmill you can fit anywhere, it doesn't take much space which is what I needed. The design is also quite nice.

Cons: It came with a few scratches, it's not very sturdy and the speed has changed on me atleast on 2 occasions which almost made me fall. Also, the belt stopped today which again almost caused an accident. Its decent, but although I wasn't expecting the quality of a $2,000 dollar treadmill, it's still not cheap at over $400 so I was expecting a little better than average.

Komal A.: and so far so good! our usage is as follows:
-i started using about 2 weeks ago
-i do a 20 minute walk at 3-3.2 mph
-my husband has used it mon through fri since we've gotten it
-my husband does a combo walk/run for about 20-30 minutes

PROS:
-great compact size, fits in our small townhome basement
-super easy to set up and use (all we had to do was plug it in basically)
-handles our big sizes (both my husband and i are big and tall folks and this was one of the ONLY small compact treadmill that handled greater than 265 lbs on the market that i could find - and i searched for weeks before coming upon this)

CONS:
-no cupholder
-app isn't great so we don't use/get any extra value out of it
-once you go over a minute of use you only see time by the minute; i sort of wish i could see it in seconds as well
-it's in mph however i'm in canada and am always converting my stuff to km/h so i would have appreciated the option to get a km/h machine
-the small size, while great space wise, has very occasionally meant that for longer people running is a bit tricky but my husband has totally gotten used to it

Sarah: So this is perfect when paired with my new desk attachment that makes my desk a standing desk. I love it and it is great. The only issue is that it keeps making a strange click noise any time that I put my right foot down. I have tried adjusting the tightness to see If that is the issue but have not been able to remedy it.

Amazon Customer: The box arrived in rough shape and looked like it had been knocked around during transit. When we opened it up, there was a lot of protective packing, so we moved forward with setting it up. Set up was easy, took about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it had been damaged in transit and the belt was pulling to one side and had a lot of drag. We tried our best to adjust it and even oiled the belt, but could not get it to straighten out.

We contacted the seller and they immediately offered a replacement. No fuss, no drawn out series of emails trying to address the problems. They apologized for the inconvenience and a few days later a brand new treadmill was delivered.

The new one set up in 5 minutes and worked perfectly.

Being overweight it is hard to find affordable exercise equipment that can handle plus size bodies. This one is plus sizes approved.
