Tucson Lady: I purchased this for myself and then some to give for friends you get four of them and for me that’s more than I needed so I have been giving my friends each a sheet. The surface is large and so you can put a pretty good size item there to chop or have room for numerous items. It’s easy to clean and the only drawback is I wish it was a little more flexible so you could pick up the sheet and get it into a bowl but that’s they happen as I use it more and it gets washed. Otherwise it’s a good product.
