Jerry V: I've just gotten into making bread. I've bought the right yeasts... or so I tought. I didn't know, until recently, that there is a specific yeast (TURBOCHARGED!!!) for Breadmachines... I do now!!
Used this yeast with a Sourdough recipe... and did NOT need to wait 12 - 24 hours for a VERY NICE rise of the dough!!
GUESS WHO'S GONNA USE THIS STUFF FROM NOW ON!!! ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Francy: Convenient size. Sores in the refrigerator easily. I could not get yeast locally and this was over priced.

Jenna: The yeast is fully good and has not expired. I marked when I opened it and when it's due to expire and put it in the fridge as recommended.
Only complaint: it's much more expensive than what I can get in the local grocery stores and by the time I figured this out, I learned I couldn't return this.
