Sherry Pitcock: I know it has an expiration date, but I bought it in 2019 and it's still strong in 2023. I keep it in the freezer and it had never failed me. I started making sourdough, so I slowed my use of regular yeast, but when I need it it's there.

Brenda WheelockBrenda Wheelock: The media could not be loaded.  The package is solid and without damage or leaks. Expiration date is 5/3/2025, so plenty of time to use it for home bread making before it expires.

I will update this after I've used it to report on effectiveness.

Cautious Shopper: Arrived in great shape, still vacuum sealed and very fresh. We have already used it a few times (homemade pizza and bread). There is a conversion chart for measurements right on the package, very convenient. We woiuld definitely reorder this product again.
