***Customer service is excellent!***I had an installation issue with the belt and a damaged part. I thought it would be a hassle to get help, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the company responded and resolved my issue. I was refunded for the hassle and they still helped me figure out the issue. I would definitely buy from this company again. They know how to treat their customers!

cassandra murrey: I had a tough time deciding on treadmill. I was looking into the 200 price range but every time I read a review they said things like "don't try to run on it" So I kept raising the price range until I found one that I was able to find the qualities I was looking for. I wanted something that you could run at least 10 mph on and had an incline but not a manual one, and also a fold up one because it would have to be placed in the living room. I read a review on this treadmill that convinced me this one was the one. I am 5'8 and 196 lbs. I used to be a runner but then I had kids. Between work, kids and making dinner I found little time to exercise. Now I am so happy I made the choice of buying this treadmill. This treadmill is well made and sturdy. It does not shake when I run and is easily portable. When it was delivered I had to schedule to be there because it needed to be signed off by the delivery company. They brought it into my house in a very large box. It does take 2 people to assemble because someone has to hold the console piece while you connect the one wire. CMarkk: I spent at least a month reviewing different treadmills on line before purchasing. The main reason I chose Famistar was the many great reviews about company support if any issues. As soon as I purchased, I received an email from Famistar right away with my tracking no. with a warm thank you. Was very easy for my spouse to put it together in about 30 min. Treadmill is very easy to use, very stable and also has incline when I work up to that. It has a port to plug your phone into to play music I am excited to try. So far, very nice treadmill for what I paid. Great at home piece of exercise equipment and will save me a lot not having to go to the gym. Also, peace of mind if anything goes wrong, I have support to reach out to that will respond back in a timely manner if I have any issues down the road. Thank you for that Famistar!!

YuenXYuenX: The media could not be loaded.  I had previously reviewed a stationary exercise bike and a $300 treadmill for working out at home while the local gym has been somewhat on lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bike never got used and the treadmill -- you truly DO get what you paid for! I sold it after it had been sitting there for months. With that said, my brother and I each were still on the hunt for a treadmill: one for use with a standing desk (which I had previously reviewed that was actually quite nice) and another that is more traditional. Although we each liked a treadmill we found, I ultimately wanted one with a motorized incline/decline without spending over $1,000.

I wanted to ensure that this treadmill would get its fair use before writing the review. Over the last 2 weeks, I had used it about 3 times a week.
