DIY Diva: This product is a mutli-tasker and does just about everything. I am still learning all the functions and possibilities. It does eliminate many appliances in the kitchen and frees up counter space. Find I am even using the microwave less. Definitely better flavor and texture than microwaved food. Enjoyed not having to heat the kitchen using the conventional oven during summer months. Getting things as clean as I would like is rather time consuming, but the components do seem to clean easily.
wish that food designed for air fryers was not marked up in price over the conventional varieties, but I am finding that many conventional products work well in this appliance.

Canon T. Hall: The display looks like it is illuminated, but it is NOT. You can't hardly see what the settings are without a bright light on or a flashlight! The big knob selects the oven functions, Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Toast, Desiccate, Roast, etc. and the small knob selects times and temperature when you press the upper right button. It is a control features nightmare! I finally figured out you could only set oven above 460 in ROAST setting. The toast setting takes ten full minutes to toast two slices of plain white bread. BUT mainly the buttons and knobs are funky and awkward. Definitely NOT buying any more VAL CUSINE stuff again. Cheap electronics that failed---I have not taken it apart, but more than likely buttons are above a single PC board that has all electronics and controls mounted upon it. Pushing the big button to actuate a small PC board button means more force on the PC mounted switch and PC board than they can handle. The buttons wobble about in the chassis. Just cheap where it needs the most reliability. I am having to throw mine away as it would cost more to fix it than the $206.00 I bought it for in Feb. of 2022. It is now April of 2023. Christopher: This is a nice little oven with a couple features that I didn't think about until I had bought 2 other toaster ovens/air fryer combos and ended up returning them. First off, I like how the door on the oven actually holds itself up, so that when you open it, you don't have a hot glass door swinging down and making contact with the counter. If you open it halfway, it will stay there, 3/4 open, it will stay etc. Also, I noticed the outside of this oven does not get super hot like some others. Of course, when you're running at max heat, you wont want to be touching the outside surfaces, but the handle stays cool, and the area the oven is in doesn't get super hot, which was something I couldn't say about other ovens.

Aside from that, the oven works very good. The controls are easy, they have presets that are handy and once you get the hang of how the oven works you can do custom settings very easily for different types of food prep.

I do have to report, unfortunately, that the oven I originally purchased ended up dying within about 6 months of my original purchase. I think something shorted out inside of it, essentially I would plug it in and it wouldn't...
