Sweaty rider: I wore this for a day with lots of irritation under my arms from the Velcro. It’s also frustrating for me to adjust.
My solution was to wear it upside down. Aside from the fact that you can see it poking out at the top of my collar, it’s way more comfortable and much easier to adjust. it just makes more sense to pull the strap down to tighten it. The Velcro doesn’t rest in my armpit so there is no irritation.
This is a major design flaw. I’d return it if I hadn’t left it in my closet for months.

Etienne Domingue: The product I received is of a different design. The straps are narrower than in the picture and they are not very comfortable. A resistance band was *not* included, nor any reference or link to an ebook. A leaflet included with the product warns against using the wrong size, but no sizing option was available at the time of purchase. I think mine is likely too small.
It still "works" insofar as it nudges my shoulders back, but I am not convinced the tension is enough to correct my posture. All I know for sure is it pinches my triceps.

Lokesh Anjanappa: this doesn't keep the back from stooping... it flattens the shoulder a bit, but at the cost of being an ill fitting strap.

pfictionfan4life: It's a pretty simple design, just like all the other posture straps. It's comfortable enough but you should also feel a little uncomfortable. Your shoulders want to slouch like they have for years, so slide this on sort of like a t-shirt or dress if you're a lady, and pull those straps down so they're taut. They should be tight but not painfully uncomfortable.
It is nice to wear for a while, if you wear it in public you'll probably notice friends comment on your "vibe". Opening up your shoulders sort of brings your chest up and out so you look confident instead of hunched in on yourself.
Even looking in the mirror I was like oh hey mr. broad shoulders.
Anyway it's a good simple product. I wear it mostly when I work (sit at a desk for 9 hours a day) but it's also nice to wear out and about. Expect your back to hurt at first as you straighten out.

Ross: I feel like the placebo effects are strong with a lot of users here. I have an small-average shoulder width and quite slouchy so I ordered the regular size.
The strap does absolutely nothing. It doesn't sit on the back pretty like in the pictures it bunches up at the bottom of my neck the minute one the straps gets tightened.
Once the harness is "secure" it's a mess of velcro sounds and uncomfortable bunching. This design is clearly made for people that DON'T ACTUALLY NEED A BACK BRACE. If you needed something to uncomfortably remind you to put your shoulders back this is your product.
If you want something discreet and something that HOLDS your shoulders you should move along.
Also the design is NOT as flat as it looks and is still very visible under clothing.

I'm in a very unique situation, but this harness helps alleviate some poor habits related to slouch and improves my rotator positioning while also helping me prevent hyperextension. For a large chest and/or broad shoulder perspective, the back section should be much wider. The straps are long enough, but they are still anchored too close together on your back which pulls more at your pits & pecks instead of helping to keep your shoulders back.
The velcro is also very small. The straps will not hold out for long. I plan on finding a wider, better harness.
