The unit is unbelievably easy to add to your existing Eufy system and I cannot imagine how I lived without this. Hands down best no-subscription system out there and the customer service is top-notch!

Alma: I did my research this security camera is the is the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon ever. I purchased 3 more after buying the first. The quality of the videos and the quality of voices is superior it is like you are standing right there. The alerts to your phone are immediate no lag time. You are watching every single event as if you were there.

Allison: I have a neighbor who thinks the back side of my property is their own personal dumping ground for whatever. But not after installing cameras back there. They’re super easy to install and the video quality is great! My only complaint is that they only work for so many feet. Which isn’t as large of an area as you would think it is. It hasn’t picked up people numerous times if they’re far enough out and I needed it to. I now have an ungodly amount of cameras but it’s worth it to protect my property. I love these cameras and this brand and I recommend it all the time!

Stephen Hatchett: Eufy replaced the camera and it works fine so I’ve updated the review.

Updated November 16, 2023. After posting review I was contacted by Eufy and a new camera is on the way. If it works I’ll change the review to reflect they at least replaced it.

Bought package with base and 3 cameras. Seemed fine. Bought 4th camera to add on. That camera stopped working about 3 months later. Dead as a hammer. Went through Eufy’s online warranty, never heard a word back. So now I’m stuck with this system and either starting completely over with a new system or buy a replacement camera that may also only last a few months. So proceed with caution if you plan on having multiple cameras.

the_anonymous_1: I purchased this as an addition camera for my existing Homebase-2 system. Integration into the existing system was very easy. Battery life is very good. Eufy claims 180 days between charges but I recharge long before, usually around 120 days. Battery life in harsh cold weather is significantly less, but that is to be expected. I like that no cloud account is required and that the homebase has its own built-in memory. Resolution of this camera is adequate. Night vision is acceptable, and I prefer it to switching on the light. Sometimes the "human" detection decides deer are human and that triggers motion detection. Range of the motion sensors seem to max out at 30 feet, I wish that was better as it means someone gets much closer than I want them to be before the camera starts recording. A star off for that.
