Phil Terrell: These are the longest straps around and more than long enough for me - I'm 6' 2" and it's hard to find straps that are long enough. They're also inexpensive and the leather ends are sturdy enough I don't feel the need for strap-locks, even though I own strap-locks.

Daniel E. ShyDaniel E. Shy: In 2005, I was playing an A/E Guild in a large church. The Guild had both a pickup and microphone that could be mixed with the Fishman. I had a leather strap. As the leather rubbed on the body of the Guild, a horrible sound would transmit into the sound system, especial when the microphone was mixed in. I immediately bought the Ernie Ball poly strap - problem solved. I loved the strap so much that I would rotate duty between 3 acoustic guitars. A few days ago, the strap started falling off the peg. After 18 years, time for a new strap. I was delighted to see the exact Ernie Ball strap, and at nearly the same price! A no-brainer to purchase...
