I had to hire a handyman to help lift and trim the hole I already had, which he did with ease. You need to be comfortable with some basic wiring and shutting off your fuse that powers the cord. Otherwise it went right in and worked perfectly. The only thing I wish it had was self-cleaning. But it wipes clean easily, so that's ok. What I really like is that it preheats quickly, and usually cooks the food long before a standard oven would. The standard rule for Convection oven cooking is to lower the temp by 25 degrees, and cook it 15 minutes less than usual. This varies, of course, with all foods and elevations. Lately I've been cooking at the required temp, but checking it early when it smells done. And ALWAYS use a food thermometer - food poisoning SUCKS!!!

Oven works perfect. Manual was a bit scattered in providing instructions for installation and miscellaneous information but we figured it out.
The numbers around the knobs are a bit difficult to read with my old tired eyes and the timer only rings a short bell so if you're not in the vicinity you'll miss hearing it and possibly overcook or burn your food.
Also there is no indicator the oven is on and the front panel gets really hot. I burned my knuckles when I grabbed the handle to open it the first time I used it. Looking for some kind of covering to place over it.
There is a small warning on the glass indicating hot surface but the entire door get hot.
I love the oven and happy I can bake once more. I only regret not ordering one with a digital panel which included a temperature readout, a clock, a timer with a longer alarm, and some kind of indicator I left the oven on.
