Rev R: We bought these to use in our large yard that is frequented by bears. Nice that this is a 2-pack. These things are really loud! Don't think that being plastic in any way reduces their effectiveness. We have had metal whistles that are not nearly this loud. As far as durability, so far, so good.

The marketing calls I receive are NON-STOP!
They WERE driving me crazy!

One company from India called at least 10 times everyday attempting to gain access to my credit cards.
"Vee vish to offer you a lower interest rate."
I literally BEGGED them to, "STOP CALLING ME! I KNOW YOU'RE SCAMMERS! STOP IT! PLEASE! PLEASE, STOP IT!"
They would literally laugh at me, call me vulgar names, mock me, you name it!
When I'd block one number, THEY'D CALL BACK USING A DIFFERENT NUMBER!
This went on for MONTHS!
If you attempt to report them to the phone company they can't help because these people buy telephone numbers from them and they're based in INDIA.
The caller ID will show them as a person's name, not a company or even as unknown. It may identify them as Mary Scott or William Jones.
Anyway, I bought this set of whistles after the advice given from a nice lady at AT&T.

I fischietti sono compatti e facili da trasportare grazie al pratico cordino. La colorazione rossa è molto visibile e facilmente individuabile in caso di emergenza.
