Dom: Hello I am a Lifeguard I had received these “Whistles” that’s even if you can call it that to replace my standard issues one by my pool thinking it would be loud and really good and crisp. Oh on how I was wrong I opened it up grabbed one out and looked at it and noted that their was a bead inside of it not a plastic ball or anything I blew into the product and was highly disappointed on how quiet it is. Please keep in mind my pool I guard at holds around 600 occupants indoor and out door, the whistle I was provided was decent but not loud enough and your product was a waste of money I wouldn’t be able to grab anyone’s attention.

Bridget (Weide) Brooks: We buy several packages of these whistles every summer for our neighborhood pool lifeguards. I like them because they are LOUD! (I tell the lifeguards I want to be able to hear the "rest break" whistle from my house … which, admittedly, is just across the street.) We bought some official "lifeguard" whistles a couple summers ago and they were NOT loud. Now, they're not the most durable whistles, but at about $1.40 each, we can afford for them not to last an entire season. (Honestly, the lifeguards usually lose them before they break.) I keep extras on hand because inevitably, a guard will forget theirs.
