EMBATHER Shower System with Waterfall Tub Spout and Shower Faucet for a Luxurious Bathing Experience

Savvy Shopper!: We love it... so far, and I'm hoping we love it forever! It looks well made, and works well. We have good water pressure, so there isn't any issues with that. The brushed gold matches my other fixtures really well. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and am really enjoying them. The waterfall tub spout is great, and has a luxurious aspect to it, the rainfall shower head is large, so it covers you well when underneath it in the shower. And when you need a bit more pressure, or point accuracy the handheld shower sprayer is great. Everything seems to work well as of today. I'll keep you posted if anything changes. As of today, I'm loving it!

We originally purchased this product on 11/16/2020 during our renovation. As per my understanding from my contractor, the installation was pretty straightforward. The shower/wand/ and spout has tremendous pressure; it makes you fresh and awake after every shower. We encountered significant issues on 03/01/2023, where we weren't getting enough hot water, and the water did not turn off. I called Amazon customer service they were no help because the product was out of warranty. However, I was directed to reach out to Embather customer service, and their representative, Michael, was happy to work with me. He informed me that the product has a 5 years warranty and helped diagnose the issue. It turns out it was a bad Cartridge, and help expedite the delivery of a new cartridge in less than 5 business days. The shower is performing better with a new cartridge. We remain happy with this shower system. Thanks, Michael and Embather team.

Michele C.: I love, love, love the look and function of this shower/tub unit. I get a lot of compliments on its unique design. It looks amazing in our bathroom. The water spout is so cool with its waterfall.

Here is the however.... We started from a gutted bathroom and the unit was still very difficult to install. One part had to be X" deep, the other part had to be Y" deep, etc. Basically we were guessing at how thick the tile is with mortar on the back and adding in the wall board thickness to figure out how deep we needed to install the valve box and other parts. Frustrating. If there is a trick to getting it right the first time, we didn't find any tips in the instructions. I can't imagine trying to install it as a replacement to an old shower/tub kit.

Beautiful unit, not for everyone.

KerryKerry: My contractor suggested I check this out. They had installed the shower only model in their own bathroom so this was their first time installing the one for a bath. First, from all appearances it is high quality. Looks fantastic and hefty. It comes packaged incredibly well. If I was one to do "unboxing" videos, this would deserve one. Every piece is perfectly protected. Everything, from the valve to the finish to hose for the handheld unit is high quality. My contractor said install was easy. Pressure from the rainfall shower head and the handheld unit are great. Best shower I've ever taken. If it matters to you, the way the water falls from the tub faucet looks really cool and is kind of relaxing while you are in the tub watching it. Now, for the one and only issue I had. When we flushed our toilet we had a little water hammer in the pipes. We finally realized it was the shower valve itself. Checked reviews and found others with a similar problem. Contacted Embather through Amazon. They answered within 24 hours. Two possibilities. 1) there are supposed to be 2 check valves inside the valve assembly. It's possible they didn't get installed in the assembly process (weird, I know,...
