Amazon Customer: Don't waste your money! Purchased in March and Installed it today. Water tested it and water gushed out of the faulty cartridges. The rubber seal crumbled and broke to bits and the cartridges are now impossible to tighten enough to not leak!

Scott N: I love this shower faucet from Embather. Bought my first one in 2020 which I installed in a new bathroom. It looks great, was an easy install and functions well. I have iron in my water (vacation home) and the finish has stood up very well in the last 3 years to the iron deposits that can form on surfaces - none of that sticks to the finish of the faucet. It worked so well, that I bought a second one from Amazon for a bathroom remodel recently. Also, the customer service is great. I winterize this property as we only use it three seasons of the year. To winterize it, I have the lines blown out and I forgot to blow out the new shower line in the first winter. As a result the cartridge had to be replaced the next spring. I contacted the Embather service e-mail and got a prompt response from Kirsteen. She helped me troubleshoot via email and when it looked like a replacement cartridge was needed Kirsteen said that it was covered under warranty and sent me a free replacement. I'll highlight that this was my fault as I didn't remove the water from the line before winter - yet the company still covered it under warranty and sent me a replacement.
